Cherry is a dark color. If you put in dark floors the house will be a bit dark. I'd suggest light oak or maple. Pine is a soft wood and not a good idea for wood floors.

STAINLESS STEEL/BRUSHED NICKEL TO GO WITH THE WHITE SINK. Yes white could blend too. but the stainless would look better still.. in my opinion.
